Bart's is the home of Snow's Premium Ice Cream
In 1910 Frank Snow began making delicious ice cream in Pumpkin Hollow outside Conway, MA. He soon earned a reputation throughout the Connecticut River Valley for his superior quality frozen deserts.
Frank moved his production to the current home of Snow's Nice Cream on 80 School Street in Greenfield, Massachusetts in 1923. He then passed his recipes down to his son Tommy, who continued the same high standard of excellence. When Tommy Snow retired in 1985, he handed these recipes on to our family. We picked up where Tommy left off, and are proud to offer you the same hand-crafted, locally produced ice cream in the Snow's family tradition.
We continue to manufacture a variety of traditional and new flavors. Watch the store shelves and this site for exciting new additions!
Snow's is prepacked in 56 oz. scrounds for retail markets and in 3 gallon bulk tubs for restaurants and scoop shops.
